Seller Guidelines
Buyers trust this marketplace because every vendor is verified and every listing is held to the same standard. These are the rules that keep that true.
Describe parts honestly
- State the real condition: OEM, Aftermarket, Remanufactured or Used.
- List what is actually in the box — pads only, or pads with shims and hardware.
- Use the correct primary part number, and add superseded and interchange numbers where they apply.
- Photograph the part you are selling, not a different item.
Get fitment right
Wrong fitment is the biggest cause of returns and bad reviews. Only list vehicles you can verify, and specify trim and engine wherever they change the part. If you are not certain a vehicle fits, leave it off.
Ship on time
- Ship within the handling time shown on your listing.
- Add tracking as soon as the label is bought. The buyer is emailed automatically.
- Pack so the part survives the trip. Transit damage is treated as a vendor-caused return.
Keep stock accurate
Cancelling because something is out of stock is the worst outcome for a buyer. Keep stock current and deactivate listings you cannot fulfil.
Handle returns fairly
Follow the returns policy. If the part was wrong, damaged or not as described, you cover return shipping and refund in full.
Not allowed
- Counterfeit parts, or parts branded as OEM that are not.
- Stolen goods, or parts you cannot lawfully sell.
- Safety-critical parts that are damaged, cracked or previously deployed.
- Directing buyers off the marketplace to avoid commission.
- Fake reviews or any attempt to manipulate ratings.
If guidelines are broken
Depending on severity we may remove a listing, hold a payout, or suspend the vendor account. We will always tell you why.
