Commission Rates
No monthly fee and no listing fee. We only earn when you sell.
Confirm your current rate in your vendor agreement before quoting it to anyone — rates can be set per vendor.
How commission is calculated
Commission is charged on the item price of a completed sale. Shipping charged to the buyer and sales tax are excluded. It is deducted automatically before your payout, so there is nothing to invoice or reconcile.
Payment processing
Card processing is handled by Stripe and charged at Stripe standard rates. That fee is separate from marketplace commission.
When you get paid
Payouts are released after the order is delivered and the return window has passed, then transferred to your bank account by Stripe. You can see every order and its payout status under Payouts in your vendor dashboard.
Refunds and cancellations
If an order is refunded, the commission on it is reversed. You are not charged commission on a sale that did not complete.
